Job Description Role**: Senior Software Engineer (ETL Testing) Required Technical Skill Set: Senior Software Engineer (ETL Testing) Desired Experience Range: 5 - 8 yrs Notice Period: Immediate to 90Days only Location of Requirement: Bangalore We are currently planning to do a Virtual Interview Job Description: Primary Skill: ETL Testing, Python, SQL, AWS(Databricks or snowflake or Hive) Airflow or Spark Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Engineer with 57 years of hands-on experience in ETL/DWH testing, strong expertise in SQL, and scripting skills in Python. Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is highly preferred. The candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting test automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities ETL / Data Warehouse Testing - Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases based on business and technical requirements. - Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple source and target systems. - Validate data transformations, mappings, and business rules implemented in ETL workflows. - Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for data pipelines. - Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution. Technical Test Execution - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data profiling and validation. - Use Python for creating automated test scripts, data validation tools, or utilities. - Work with Databricks or Snowflake or HIVE to test and validate data flows.
