Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Stay updated with Product knowledge, pricing and industry trends to effectively pitch offerings.

Desired Profile:

- 1+ year of experience in tele-sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Experience in loan, insurance, or other sales-driven industries is a plus.
- Fluency in regional languages in addition to English/Hindi is an added advantage.
