Your Role

- Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning using LWC, Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS based on business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Create technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, and design documents.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

- 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Lightning (LWC and Apex).
- Good understanding of the Salesforce data model including standard/custom objects, relationships, and fields.
- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in creating scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce applications.
