This role requires strong international accounting exposure and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle accounting, reporting, and analysis for international (US/UK/Canada) entities - Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance - Lead month-end and year-end close processes - Ensure accurate financial statements aligned with global accounting standards - Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to improve financial processes - Work collaboratively during EST hours Requirements - 7–10 years of financial management or controllership experience - Mandatory: Accounting experience with USA, UK, or Canada - Real estate or property management accounting experience is preferred (not mandatory) - Strong knowledge of global accounting standards, controls, and reconciliations - Ability to work independently and handle multi-entity finances - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
