Qualifications - Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation - Skills in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to evaluate suppliers and materials - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing supplier relationships - Leadership and organizational skills to oversee purchasing activities and teams - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
