We're looking for an enthusiastic and analytical SEO Analyst to join our fast-paced team and elevate our clients' organic presence.Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, analyzing website traffic trends, and implementing effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing executives to optimize website performance, increase traffic, and ensure top rankings for targeted keywords.Key Responsibilities1. On-Page SEO Perform keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant search terms. Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images for SEO best practices. Conduct regular on-page audits to identify and fix SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, poor internal linking, and slow load times. Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO guidelines are followed in blogs, landing pages, and product pages. Suggest improvements in site architecture and navigation to enhance user experience and crawlability. 2. Off-Page SEO Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies including guest posting, outreach, and local citations. Analyze and disavow toxic backlinks. Monitor and report on competitors' backlink profiles and SEO strategies. Increase website authority using directory submissions, social bookmarking, forum discussions, and influencer outreach. 3. Technical SEO Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of robots.txt, canonical tags, schema markup (structured data), and sitemaps. Identify and resolve technical issues affecting crawlability and indexability using Google Search Console and other tools. Optimize mobile-friendliness and site speed through Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights. Ensure proper redirection handling (301, 302), HTTPS security, and clean URL structures. 4. Analytics and Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track performance. Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with key metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, rankings, CTR, and conversions. Monitor keyword rankings, traffic sources, backlinks, and competitor performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. 5. Local SEO  Optimize Google My Business profiles, business citations, and local directories. Implement local schema and location-based keywords for better local search rankings.
