We are currently seeking a Network Security Advisor (ZIA & ZPA) to join our team in India Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), overseeing daily operational tasks, scheduled activities, and incident queue monitoring while meeting strict SLAs. - Conduct meticulous PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) file modifications and rigorous testing before production releases. - Respond to client requests and effectively resolved issues through troubleshooting calls for both ZIA and ZPA. - Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, identifying and isolating issues following established processes and obtaining approvals for resolutions. - Contribute significantly to optimizing system efficiency by identifying and eliminating unused PAC files, firewall rules,URL filtering rules, and Inspection Policies. - Streamline ZIA policies to enhance simplicity and reduce complexity. - Design and configured App Segments, Access policies, SIPA policies to enhance security. - Execute PAC file modifications to redirect traffic towards different Data Centers. - Set up various office locations in location management through GRE / IPSec tunnels for clients. - Create policies for SSL inspection, URL & app control, bandwidth control, and file type control. - Leveraged the Zscaler ZIA proxy solution to provide proxies for servers and OT (Operational Technology) applications. - Set up Advanced Threat protection, Sandboxing, and Data loss prevention for Zscaler. - Roll out stable versions of Zscaler Client connectors for production after testing with AD and test groups. - Create URL Recategorization, wildcards, VPN gateway bypass, Blocked URLs, and domains according to the SOC (Security Operations Center) and BISO (Business Information Security Officer) requirement. - Administer Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access, overseeing cloud production and conducting rigorous PAC file testing in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment prior to official proxy roll-out. - Deploy Zscaler VPN (ZPA) solution across multiple client locations, ensuring seamless and secure remote access. - Create application segments, app connectors, server groups , connector groups and access policy in ZPA. - Configure the posture profiles for both ZIA and ZPA for client environments. - Configure and monitored general data center information and key SaaS (Software as a Service) applications (e.g., Office365 Online, Salesforce, Box) using HTTP, ICMP, or UDP synthetic probes running on user devices in near real-time. - Possess advanced remote troubleshooting capabilities to perform detailed analyses of problematic devices, including system process-level monitoring, full network path information with ASN (Autonomous System Number) and ISP (Internet Service Provider) details, country hop information, and packet tracing. - Collect real-time device health information, including CPU usage, memory usage, Network IO, Disk IO, Wi-Fi signal strength, etc., for user devices to ensure optimal performance. - Set up and managed threshold-based alerting mechanisms for SLA monitoring to ensure compliance with service level agreements. - Generate executive insights reports, and digital experience analytics aggregated at organization, location, and application levels to provide actionable insights for decision-making and strategy formulation Basic Qualifications:4 - 6 year of experience zscaler About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
