Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Chemical Metallurgy Experience in years Minimum 15 years out of which minimum 5 years he should have handled minimum 100 plus workforce Responsibilities Plan organize direct and run optimum day-to-day operations and coordinate with corporate team for the required assistance Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce results Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards metrics and performance targets to ensure the same is aligned with the Plant objectives Requirement Adequate knowledge of business and management principles budgeting strategic planning resource allocation and human resources Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise Be knowledgeable of safety quality productivity Systems and administrative activities Knowledge of ISO quality system and its implementation Strong team building decision-making and people management skills Knowledge in Systematic approach to safely 5s Kaizen Six Sigma Root cause analysis oracle SAP environment He should have handled production and or Maintenance for minimum period of 10 years in Engineering Chemical Industry Experience in planning procurement project s function is welcome CTC Twenty-Two Lakhs per annum Language English and Tamil Mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 2 200 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
