At Broadridge we ve built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more If you re passionate about developing your career while helping others along the way come join the Broadridge team Key Responsibilities Engage with BPO process owners and subject matter experts to understand workflows process pain points and automation opportunities Conduct detailed process assessments and requirement-gathering sessions to document current-state and desired future-state processes Prepare comprehensive Process Design Documents PDD and Business Requirement Documents BRD for the development team Collaborate closely with RPA Solution Architects and Developers to clarify business rules exception handling and functional logic Work with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities based on ROI feasibility and business impact Support the testing and validation of automated solutions including UAT User Acceptance Testing Ensure business alignment and track the progress of RPA initiatives against defined timelines and goals Identify areas for process improvement and suggest standardization opportunities before automation Provide post-implementation support by coordinating feedback and ensuring successful adoption of RPA solutions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally with exposure to RPA automation or BPO operations Strong understanding of business process mapping requirement gathering and documentation Experience in preparing PDD BRD and functional specification documents Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation within deadlines We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative engaging and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work We believe that associates do their best when they feel safe understood and valued and we work diligently and collaboratively to ensure Broadridge is a company and ultimately a community that recognizes and celebrates everyone s unique perspective Use of AI in Hiring As part of the recruiting process Broadridge may use technology including artificial intelligence AI -based tools to help review and evaluate applications These tools are used only to support our recruiters and hiring managers and all employment decisions include human review to ensure fairness accuracy and compliance with applicable laws Please note that honesty and transparency are critical to our hiring process Any attempt to falsify misrepresent or disguise information in an application resume assessment or interview will result in disqualification from consideration
