Job Title - Senior Tableau Developer Experience - 8+Years Mode - Hybrid Job Description - We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer with 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience to design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports. This role is execution-focused, requiring strong technical expertise in dashboard building, SQL, and data modeling. The developer will deliver high-quality visualizations, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers. Roles & Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and reports. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability. - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean, reliable data sources. - Implement basic governance practices (security, version control). - Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for decision-making. - Mentor junior developers on best practices and dashboard design. - Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing. Mandatory Required Skills - 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience. - 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development (dashboards, reports, calculated fields, parameters). - Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization, stored procedures). - Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with Tableau Server/Online administration. - Deep understanding of data visualization best practices. - Exposure to cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
