Job Title - Senior Tableau DeveloperExperience - 8+YearsMode - HybridJob Description -We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer with 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience to design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports. This role is execution-focused, requiring strong technical expertise in dashboard building, SQL, and data modeling. The developer will deliver high-quality visualizations, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and reports.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean, reliable data sources.Implement basic governance practices (security, version control).Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for decision-making.Mentor junior developers on best practices and dashboard design.Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.Mandatory Required Skills8+ years of BI/Analytics experience.5+ years of hands-on Tableau development (dashboards, reports, calculated fields, parameters).Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization, stored procedures).Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.Familiarity with Tableau Server/Online administration.Deep understanding of data visualization best practices.Exposure to cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Company Description-Indsafri believes in the limitless potential of individuals to create and build anything imaginable.
