Role Description
Jayanti Welfare Foundation, hiring partner for Excitel Broadband, is looking for Field Sales Executives (FSE), Team Leads, and Call Centre Agents for full-time roles in New Delhi. These positions are ideal for 10th, 12th pass candidates and freshers who are comfortable with fieldwork, as well as experienced individuals seeking a career in broadband sales and customer service.
The role involves lead generation, meeting customers, presenting Excitels products, closing sales deals, and providing excellent service. Salary offered is 19,000/month for freshers and 23,000/month for experienced candidates, along with attractive incentives based on performance. Basic communication skills and willingness to work in the field are required; prior sales experience is preferred for Team Lead roles.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation (preferred for experienced/Team Lead roles)
- Strong Sales Operations skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
