Onelab Ventures is a Pune-based product studio that helps startups turn ideas into tech products. Weve worked with 50+ founders across fintech, edtech, ecommerce, and food delivery building MVPs that go live in just weeks.

We&aposre now hiring Business Development Interns to work closely with our sales team and founders, learning how real startups grow.

What You&aposll Do

- Generate leads via LinkedIn, industry research, and growth tools
- Maintain lead databases (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Assist in founder outreach through email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
- Schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Track performance and contribute to growth plans
- Collaborate with our BD team and co-founders

Working Hours

- Flexible remote hours 3 to 4 hours/day (MondayFriday)
- Weekly goal: Book at least 4 qualified meetings per month

Internship Structure

Month 1:

- 250 per meeting booked (performance-based)
- Minimum 4 meetings to qualify for fixed stipend in Month 2

Month 2 onwards:

- 2500/month fixed stipend + incentives
- Stipend can increase after Month 3 based on consistent performance

Who Can Apply

- Current college students in any discipline (2nd/3rd/4th year)
- Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
- Strong with Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
- Has not used LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator
