Role Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for lead generation, brand positioning, and marketing strategy execution for a B2B signage manufacturing business. This role requires hands-on experience in: - B2B lead generation - Industrial / manufacturing marketing - Managing vendors, designers, and interns - Delivering measurable business outcomes Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 5–10 Years Industry: Signage / Printing / Manufacturing / B2B Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and proven results) Key Responsibilities - Expertise in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and B2B Marketing - Skills in Strategy Development, Campaign Planning, and Market Research - Strong Communication and Presentation abilities - Proficiency in Content Creation and Copywriting - Analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and market trends - Project Management and Team Leadership experience - Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software - Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Previous experience in signage, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Company Description At City Advertising, we specialize in creating premium, custom-designed LED signage that help businesses stand out in competitive markets. Required Skills and Experience - 5–10 years of marketing experience in B2B / manufacturing / signage / printing / construction / industrial products - Proven track record of lead generation and ROI-based marketing - Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and CRM systems - Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and junior team members - Ability to create and execute structured marketing plans - Strong communication and leadership skills - Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes - Note: Candidates with experience limited only to social media posting, influencer marketing, or D2C brands may not be suitable for this role.
