At Arabelle Solutions part of EDF Group we re proud to design services and solutions that are generating power not just for today and tomorrow but for generations to come You ll work alongside passionate bright minds We offer a broad range of opportunities for those eager to build tomorrow s world We believe a supportive culture is key to reach common goals Diversity and an inclusive mindset makes us and our business stronger Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line Includes Service Shops Accountable for the quality of own work Subject to direct operations supervision prescribed work instructions systems checking Executes within a well-defined operations framework There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result Summary Drive and coordinate the execution of shop floor operation in line with ISO 9001 ISO 19443 along with SQDC Zero deviation in Safety and Quality Ensure alignment of different stakeholders to achieve OTD shop Utilization Demonstrate appropriate leadership behavior to guide the shop floor team and standard work Perform the daily operations of shift to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line Responsible for departmental operations planning execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline Your Role Follow implement Organization EHS Policy Guidelines and foster active participation in all EHS activities initiatives Initiate support different environmental projects related to 3R s reduce reuse recycle Report any stop work or concerns related to EHS Quality and report all safety incidents as per EHS guidelines prepare robust action plan for CAPA for avoidance in future Assign activities in line with work specific regulatory compliance and organizational EHS policy Good Knowledge related to assessment of health environmental risks hazards associated with the task activity respective mitigation actions Ensure that all Contract workers are performing the assigned activity safely while working with you or nearby area Drive nuclear safety culture awareness in shop floor Drive ITNS-I A management and CFSI awareness among technicians CW Ensure the Machining of parts Assembly process Tooling programming and Planning requirements in terms of Safety Quality Delivery and Cost at Sanand Factory Control Organize monitor production operations as per plan implement corrective action as necessary Make recovery plan for delays implement and ensure targets agreed are achieved Lead and guide the team to develop execute objectives for self others with alignment to short-term long-term business goals of the organization Manpower supervision and Team management for Machine shop casing assembly blade shop activities Maintain and Update Skill Matrix of all technicians along with their development plan Lead and guide the team to develop execute objectives withalignment to short-term long-term business goals of the organization Create awareness among team to raise stop work Quality Concern on any deviations Should have clear understanding on product requirements of Turbine and Generators from 10MW to 700MW Well Convergent with Turbine manufacturing processes like Fork Root Drilling Straddle Root Machining Ensure correct allocation of resources to make the Lean concepts deployment a success make problems visible and allow problem solving to take place Lead and Drive Root Cause analysis for any NCRs Customer Feedback Coordinate with process team Machine shop for uninterrupted Production Basic Qualifications requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering Min 5-year experience in Machine shop or related function Assembly Shop Turbine Well convergent with SAP Microsoft Office tools Desired Qualifications Demonstrated integrity - accept and adhere to high ethical moral and personal values in decisions communications and actions when dealing with others Lean Mindset and understanding of lean tool VSM 5S Inventory Management Resolves internal issues quickly to meet customer expectations Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problem-solving skills PSR Data Analysis Ability to coordinate activities of different teams projects Join us and work with global teams to support global customers At Arabelle Solutions we have team members of more than 49 nationalities spread across 16 countries At Arabelle Solutions we know diversity makes teams and business stronger
