Job Description

Type:Fulltime

Experience:Minimum 2 years (must have prior experience in a tech company/startup)

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

- Owncompanywide project tracking: maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and RAID logs across teams.
- Daily task hygiene & followups:Ensure tasks are updated daily; follow up on blockers with owners;participate in standups/checkins and post concise updates.
- Reporting cadence:Producedaily, weekly, and monthlystatus reports (progress vs plan, blockers, burndown/burnup, throughput, capacity, SLAs, risks) for ops and leadership.
- PM governance:Set up and optimize workflows, boards, automations, and permissions; maintain a single source of truth.
- Dashboards & visibility:Build live dashboards for leadership with portfolio, squad, and individuallevel visibility
- Data analysis & reporting automation:Clean/merge data and automate standardized reports and dashboards.
- Ceremonies & cadence:Assistwith sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Quality & compliance:Standardize templates (RACI, PRDs/BRDs, change logs), ensure data accuracy, and version control for reports.

What Youll Bring (Requirements)

- Atleast 2 experience as a Business Analyst / PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator or similar.
- Required:previous experience in atech company/startupworking with product/engineering teams.
- Strong command ofproject management software(Jira/Asana/ClickUp/Notion/Trello) including custom fields, automations, and dashboarding.
- Advanced Excelskills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEXMATCH, nested formulas, Power Query; macros/VBA is a plus.
- Proven experience handlingdaily task trackingand buildingdaily/weekly/monthlyreports for stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp status writing and stakeholder management.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have (Preferred)

- Professional certifications:CAPM/PMP,CSM/PSM, Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience in hightempo startups, fintech/trading, or SaaS environments.
- Comfort with SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) for deeper analytics.
