Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Administrative Manager located in Mumbai. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of office, retail facilities including maintenance, security, compliance and infrastructure management. The role includes coordinating with service providers, managing office supplies, ensuring compliance with government, health and safety regulations, and handling emergency situations efficiently. The individual will also be responsible for budgeting and cost management related to facility operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Management and Maintenance operations
- Knowledge of Labour and Government Regulations and compliance
- Skills in Budgeting, Cost Management, and Vendor Coordination
- Proficiency in Space Management and Office Administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
