Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Freelance- Social Media Specialist to oversee our social media strategy, create engaging content, and build meaningful connections with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, etc.) tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, editorial, marketing) to ensure content is cohesive and aligned with campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure innovative strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media or similar role (3-6 years).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Strong content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing basics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
