Job Description
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to streamline sales processes, automate workflows, and drive performance.
- Oversee the integration of Sales Cloud with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Guide sales teams and stakeholders on best practices for using Sales Cloud to maximize lead generation, opportunity management, and pipeline forecasting.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization to create tailored customer journeys, deliver personalized content, and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align marketing strategies with customer behavior insights and deliver targeted campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Lead the deployment of Salesforce Experience Cloud to build robust, engaging, and scalable digital experiences (e.g., portals, communities, and mobile applications).
- Optimize user interfaces and design personalized experiences to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure the platform aligns with business goals, integrates effectively with other Salesforce products, and supports user engagement.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence to drive smarter marketing decisions by analyzing customer data, behavior, and campaign performance.
- Leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights for marketing optimization, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Use AI-powered tools to automate marketing activities, improve targeting, and enhance the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to internal teams on Salesforce tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
- Lead the adoption of new Salesforce features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
- Promote a culture of innovation within the organization and guide teams in experimenting with new solutions.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven track record in leading Salesforce implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align Salesforce solutions with business strategies and drive measurable results.
- Data-driven mindset and expertise in analytics for optimizing marketing and sales strategies.
- Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous learning in Salesforce technologies.
