Role Overview

We are recruiting a full-time Membership Analyst to provide high-quality support to our members while managing onboarding and retention processes. This position requires working from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (GST), for a total of 42 hours per week. The role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on ensuring seamless interactions and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt and professional responses to member inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Oversee member onboarding, including guiding new members through registration and initial engagement.
- Manage retention efforts by monitoring member activity, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty.
- Utilize Notion for task tracking, workflow organization, and collaboration with the team.
- Analyze member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong emphasis on member or client support.
- Exceptional written English skills, enabling clear and effective communication across digital channels.
- Proficiency in managing Notion for task tracking and project coordination.
- A naturally empathetic and service-oriented disposition, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a structured schedule, including evening hours, while maintaining consistent performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
