JOB PURPOSE: This job requires a dynamic individual who understands the holistic view of the Total Rewards function and with customer-centricity, thus help ensure appropriate data management, analytics and initiatives. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Compensation & Benefits - 1. Design, review, and implement compensation structures across job levels and business units. Preferably - knowledge of compensation plans for India & Expat employees. 2. Manage salary benchmarking exercises using market data and industry surveys (e.G., Aon, Mercer) 3. Pay parity administration (internal & external parity checks), defining pay ranges 4. Supporting annual Performance Management & promotion process for the organization 5. Performance Incentive administration inclusive of design and retention plans 6. Analyze compensation trends and provide strategic insights/recommendations. 7. Manage employee benefits and reimbursements (leave policy, etc.) 8. Policy Formulation & Governance – draft, review and implement HR policies 9. Review and update practices in line with market best practices and organizational needs. 10. Annual Budgeting inclusive of cost impact analysis HR Technology/Systems & Reporting - 1. Operate and maintain employee data in HCM systems (knowledge of systems e.G. PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, etc). 2. Monthly reports, dashboards 3. HR analytics for C&B 4. Lead Internal Audits – spoc for HR & Admin – internal, statutory and compliance related 5. Vendor coordination and managing invoice clearances Payroll Management - 1. Oversee monthly payroll processing (payroll is outsourced), ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). 2. Review payroll inputs, reconciliations and validations such as new joiners, exits, leaves, attendance, and deductions 3. Ensure payroll accuracy 4. Support with salary reports, payslips, Form 16, and other payroll documentation 5. Stay updated on tax norms, labor laws and ensure proactive compliance General C&B related - 1. Creating and maintaining employee personal files 2. Query handling on C&B inclusive of payroll related 3. Managing employee self service portal & e-ticketing system 4. Drive automation and process improvements for process efficiency JOB SPECIFICATION: Education qualification and certifications (Indicate the level of education and certifications required) - PGDBM/PGDM/MBA in HR Years of Experience (Years of relevant experience required) - Min of 8-10 years of experience relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, including overseeing payroll with knowledge of payroll systems and statutory requirements in India. Computer skills (Indicate the required knowledge on software, applications, hard ware etc., that are required) - - Very good in Microsoft office (especially word and excel) - Digital HR orientation (should have worked on process streamlining/automations) - Experience with HCM platforms Knowledge and work skills [Indicate what knowledge (machines, equipment, processes, systems etc.,) and work skills are required] - - Exposure to either HCM or process automation implementation - Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory deductions - Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and numerical ability - Design thinking and process oriented - Time management skills - Presentation skills - Planning, coordinating, and integration skills - High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information - Collaborative approach
