Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire high-value business clients This role requires a strong understanding of the business banking landscape and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business banking sales and a deep knowledge of the industry trends and challenges Responsibilities Lead a team of acquisition specialists and provide strategic direction for business banking sales Identify and target high-potential business clients conducting thorough market research and analysis Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain business banking clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client acquisition process Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the market Analyze and interpret sales data identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales performance Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management highlighting key achievements and challenges Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high ethical standards in client acquisition Qualifications A bachelor s degree in business administration finance or a related field is preferred Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business banking sales with a proven track record of success Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach Deep knowledge of the business banking industry including products services and market dynamics Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems is essential A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset
