We are looking forward to hireSAP SF- EC Professionals in the following areas : Experience: 3 to 6 years Job Description: As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, below are the responsibilities: - Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules. - Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. - Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. - Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions. - Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance - Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement Technical Experience: 1)Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution 2) Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices. 3)Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning at a rapid pace and scale.
