This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 2100000 - Rs 7500000 ie INR 21-75 LPA Min Experience 3 years Location Chandigarh India JobType full-time We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to drive the vision strategy and execution of next-generation AI-driven FinTech products This role sits at the intersection of technology data and business growth ideal for a product leader who thrives on solving complex financial problems using artificial intelligence automation and user-centric design As a Product Manager you ll collaborate with engineering data science and business teams to define and deliver scalable AI-powered financial solutions You ll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction ensuring alignment with market needs and driving measurable product growth Requirements Key Responsibilities Product Strategy Vision Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for AI-based FinTech offerings Align the product vision with business goals and emerging market opportunities Customer Market Insight Conduct in-depth research on user behavior industry trends and competitive products Translate insights into data-backed product strategies that enhance customer experience and retention AI-Driven Innovation Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to conceptualize design and deploy intelligent features such as predictive analytics automation risk assessment models and personalization engines End-to-End Product Ownership Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to design development launch and post-launch optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering design marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution clear communication and timely delivery of product milestones Performance Tracking Growth Define and monitor key product metrics KPIs OKRs Use data-driven insights to refine product strategies and accelerate user acquisition engagement and revenue growth Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including executives partners and clients to align on priorities and communicate product vision effectively Compliance Risk Ensure that product development adheres to financial regulations data privacy standards and security best practices in the FinTech domain Requirements 3-10 years of product management experience preferably in FinTech AI or data-driven SaaS environments Strong understanding of financial products digital payments lending platforms wealth management or AI-led financial automation Proven track record as a Product Manager Product Owner or in a product growth capacity delivering high-impact solutions Solid understanding of AI ML concepts data pipelines and analytics tools Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced evolving environment Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Experience collaborating with engineering data and design teams to deliver innovative user-centric products MBA Engineering or relevant technical degree preferred
