Rsum du poste

Le ou la titulaire de ce poste dveloppe et gre un portefeuille de clients attribus (B2B) dans une zone gographique spcifique dans ce rle commercial.

Responsabilits

- Recherche des clients potentiels et approfondit les relations avec eux pour atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels.
- Prise de contact par tlphone ou e-mail pour obtenir les premires informations sur le client potentiel, et fixer un rendez-vous.
- Analyse les besoins des clients et prsente les services UPS.
- Prpare les offres.
- Se concentre sur la rtention et la pntration des clients actifs du portefeuille.
- Effectue la maintenance, la rsolution des problmes et la gestion des ventes du portefeuille de clients.
- Suit les ventes grce la rdaction et la mise jour de rapports et de systmes internes.

Qualifications

- Licence universitaire ou quivalent international - Obligatoire
- Il/elle remplit les exigences locales en matire dge et les critres oprationnels en ce qui concerne la conduite de vhicule
- Comptences en communication
- Accepte les dplacements
- Comptences Microsoft Office
- Disponibilit pour travailler des horaires flexibles de priodes de travail, jusqu 5 jours par semaine
