About the Company Our organization is a leading name in the solar energy sector committed to driving sustainable development through renewable energy solutions We specialize in the design installation and maintenance of solar power projects across industrial commercial and residential sectors As part of our expansion we are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and execute solar projects efficiently at our Khariar Road location Position Overview The Project Manager - Solar Projects will be responsible for the end-to-end management of solar energy projects from initial planning and design through to commissioning and handover This role requires excellent project management skills team leadership and a strong understanding of engineering and site execution Candidates from civil electrical or mechanical backgrounds with prior project management experience are suitable for this role Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in alignment with company goals Develop detailed project plans including work schedules resource allocation and budget estimation Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution Coordinate with design procurement and site teams to ensure timely project initiation and progress Team Leadership Coordination Form and lead a multidisciplinary team including engineers supervisors and site staff Clearly assign roles responsibilities and expectations to all team members Conduct regular team meetings to review project status resolve challenges and track milestones Monitoring Progress Tracking Monitor project progress on a daily basis and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management Track material movement manpower utilization and work completion status Quality Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with company standards safety norms and environmental regulations Oversee site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design and safety requirements Maintain complete documentation of drawings site reports inspection logs and project handover reports Stakeholder Client Management Maintain regular communication with clients consultants and senior management Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely material supply and service delivery Budgeting Cost Control Prepare monitor and control project budgets to prevent cost overruns Approve site expenditures in line with project financial targets Evaluate vendor quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement Performance Review Reporting Evaluate project performance against key metrics such as timeline quality and budget adherence Identify improvement areas for future projects and present findings to management Ensure proper project closure and handover documentation Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in project management preferably in solar energy or civil infrastructure projects Strong understanding of solar project design installation and commissioning processes Excellent knowledge of project scheduling budgeting and resource management Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint AutoCAD and project management software Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for dealing with teams and clients Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Preferred Attributes Certification in Project Management PMP PRINCE2 will be an added advantage Prior experience with rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects Exposure to government tenders and regulatory approvals related to solar installations Working Conditions The position is based full-time at Khariar Road Odisha Requires frequent visits to project sites for supervision and progress monitoring Occasional travel to vendor or client locations as required Standard working hours with flexibility based on project deadlines Compensation Benefits Salary range between 30 000 and 50 000 per month depending on experience and skill set Additional allowances for travel accommodation and site supervision as per company policy Opportunity for growth within a fast-developing renewable energy company How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume along with details of their current and expected salary notice period and relevant project experience at 72248 83990 Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
