About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking company in the Marketing & Advertising industry. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with hands-on experience in end-to-end marketing operations, spanning digital campaigns, automation, and organic growth strategies.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive measurable results. This is a remote role based in India, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact within a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring effective segmentation, automation, and engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Build and implement organic marketing strategies across social media and other channels to grow community engagement and brand presence.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools/techniques to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both paid and organic strategies.
- Proven expertise with Klaviyo for email and SMS automation.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Experience in organic growth strategies, including SEO, content, and social media marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
