Job Location Khushkhera Bhiwadi Experience Required Minimum 5 years in CP sanitary customer handling Salary Open for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Educate clients on the correct usage and maintenance of bath fitting sanitaryware and faucet products Manage customer complaints and deliver effective customer support solutions Diagnose technical issues and provide timely efficient repair solutions Procure and manage spare parts required for maintenance and repair Maintain detailed service records and reports of all customer interactions and repairs performed Clearly explain product issues maintenance procedures and repair activities to customers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Interpret and work with blueprints technical drawings and product diagrams Lead the recruitment appointment training and guidance of technical staff across multiple locations Ensure product quality through rigorous analysis and performance monitoring Exhibit strong communication interpersonal and diagnostic skills in customer and team interactions Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Stay updated and proficient with all necessary tools and equipment related to installation and service tasks Eligibility Criteria Proven technical knowledge of bath fittings sanitaryware and faucets Strong experience in customer service and handling client escalations Hands-on experience with plumbing and a well-established network of plumbers Proficient in Microsoft Excel Email writing and basic data management tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 5 years experience in customer handling within the CP sanitaryware sector He must be graduate Ability to manage teams and provide training across different regions in India Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Customer Care Technical in bathfittings sanitary ware 3 years Required Work Location In person
