Looking for Your Dream Job Join Our Ice Cream Team Role Title Ice Creams - Core HR Specialist Location Pune - India Local Conditions Apply Company Overview Unilever Ice Cream is the largest global Ice Cream Company in the world with over 100 years of experience delivering a diverse range of indulgent yet responsible craft food experiences and treats delighting consumers Committed to innovation quality and sustainability we have 35 brands including 3 one billion Euro brands Magnum Wall s Ben Jerry s a strong presence in over 60 countries generating annual revenue of over 8 billion As we proceed to create world s largest and leading Ice Creams company we are seeking dynamic entrepreneurial passionate talent with strong expertise a desire to make an impact Job Summary Hub HR Specialists work across the regional hubs and most are aligned to create collaborative partnerships with specific HR business partners Recognizing the complexity of managing data across geographies They proactively plan and manage for key points in the year where they are responsible for first time accurate data entry flagging issues and promptly resolving any problems timely and accurate documents processing Key Responsibilities Accurate data entry of all Joiner Mover and Leaver transactions Ensure approvals and right authorizations are secured based on global or local SOPs Performs data validation as needed requested and especially during APR cycle Manage data and reporting Manage probation administration Creates business letters for JML offline via Adobe sign or online for business processes with automated letters integrated in Workday Manage absence and time off Secure electronic documentation in Workday Support international assignee with company documents collection immigration process Responsible for driving Self Service adoption Upholds highest degree of confidentiality in employee records and transactions Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field Skills Customer Experience Data Analytics Data Privacy and Governance Stakeholder Management Proficiency with tools like AdobeSign ServiceNOW PowerBI and Workday is a big plus Language Proficiency in English is required proficiency in multiple languages are highly desirable
