Role Summary We are hiring a skilled .NET Developer cum Technical Lead with proven experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project exposure in designing scalable APIs, leading module development, and mentoring peers. This is a hands-on role that focuses on delivering high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to modern software development practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs with performance and security in mind. - Lead the implementation of technical solutions and enforce best practices. - Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code. - Review and guide junior team members in design, coding, and debugging. - Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps for smooth project execution. - Handle production issues with timely resolution and minimal impact. - Contribute to Agile sprints, estimations, and retrospectives. Mandatory Technical Skills - Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development - Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and RESTful service design - Solid understanding of microservices architecture - Experience with MS SQL and Redis for caching - Familiar with Azure Functions, Event Hub, SignalR, RabbitMQ, or Kafka - Skilled in using Postman, Swagger, SonarQube, and DotNet Profiler - CI/CD exposure using Azure DevOps - Familiarity with GitHub Copilot is a plus Preferred Technical Skills - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes (basic), and containerised deployments - Working knowledge of JWT, Auth0, and Firebase Authentication - Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) - Experience with automated testing tools such as xUnit or NUnit Soft Skills - Ability to lead technical modules and mentor junior developers - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Clear communication with stakeholders and team members - Attention to detail and ownership of deliverables - Adaptability to dynamic Agile environments Why Join Us? - Be part of a globally impactful product team in a niche domain - Collaborate with experienced and visionary leaders - Office-based role for close coordination and fast-paced execution - Opportunity to take ownership and grow into higher responsibilities Apply by sending your resume to: hr@coffeeweb.com - Note: Only candidates with strong and relevant ASP.NET Core Web API experience will be considered.
