Led by founders with over 20 years of deep domain expertise, we are developing a modern, real-time solution tailored to coffee supply chains worldwide.Role SummaryWe are hiring a skilled .NET Developer cum Technical Lead with proven experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project exposure in designing scalable APIs, leading module development, and mentoring peers. This is a hands-on role that focuses on delivering high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to modern software development practices.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs with performance and security in mind.Lead the implementation of technical solutions and enforce best practices.Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code.Review and guide junior team members in design, coding, and debugging.Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps for smooth project execution.Handle production issues with timely resolution and minimal impact.Contribute to Agile sprints, estimations, and retrospectives.Mandatory Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core Web API developmentProficient in C#, .NET Core , and RESTful service designSolid understanding of microservices architectureExperience with MS SQL and Redis for cachingFamiliar with Azure Functions , Event Hub, SignalR, RabbitMQ, or KafkaSkilled in using Postman , Swagger , SonarQube , and DotNet ProfilerCI/CD exposure using Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with GitHub Copilot is a plusPreferred Technical SkillsExposure to Docker , Kubernetes (basic), and containerised deploymentsWorking knowledge of JWT , Auth0, and Firebase AuthenticationUnderstanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)Experience with automated testing tools such as xUnit or NUnitSoft SkillsAbility to lead technical modules and mentor junior developersStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsClear communication with stakeholders and team membersAttention to detail and ownership of deliverablesAdaptability to dynamic Agile environmentsWhy Join Us?Be part of a globally impactful product team in a niche domainCollaborate with experienced and visionary leadersOffice-based role for close coordination and fast-paced executionOpportunity to take ownership and grow into higher responsibilitiesApply by sending your resume to: ⚠️ Note: Only candidates with strong and relevant ASP.NET Core Web API experience will be considered.
