Responsibilities - Perform in-depth study of client organizations - Map current and future market scenarios - Recommend strategies for alignment, growth, and operations - Design scalable operations to support long-term goals - Facilitate implementation using project management tools Qualifications Must-haves - MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) - Clear, confident communication and presentation - Proficiency with office tools; basic project & team management - Knowledge of markets, business models, strategy tools, and finance Nice-to-haves - Client-facing consulting exposure - Experience facilitating change/implementation What do we evaluate in the candidate? - Personality – why?
