Reporting directly to the Demand Head, this role is crucial in shaping and scaling Yulu's urban mobility solutions to meet market needs effectively and sustainably. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of sales associates and on-ground promoters to drive user acquisition through referral channels and BTL activations across People and Goods mobility segments. Build and maintain partnerships with local entities (e.g., RWAs, colleges, malls, restaurants, corporates) to boost demand generation. Secure and manage enterprise partnerships with key Delhi-based businesses to generate sustainable demand for Yulu's mobility services. Represent Yulu at local events and work with the Policy team to strengthen relationships with government and private entities. Spearhead demand generation and Yulu Centre (YC) implementations in new city clusters, ensuring seamless setup and strong demand pipelines. Form and stabilize national enterprise partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders like cluster heads for problem-solving and new partnership integration. Optimize bike revenue yield and operational KPIs (revenue %, utilization, customer satisfaction), collaborating with teams in marketing, operations, and engineering. Regularly gather customer feedback and implement field SOPs to maintain high service standards and continuously strengthen Yulu’s position in the city. Qualification Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth organization or startup; experience in enterprise sales and marketing is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within the city, as this is a field-focused role. Strong integrity, with excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passionate about mobility, urban planning, and sustainable living. Skilled multitasker with a data-driven mindset; proficient in technology, data analysis, and Excel.
