Job Summary The Supply Chain Management SCM Role-Based Permissions Manager is responsible for designing implementing and managing role-based access controls within the supply chain management systems This role ensures that users have appropriate access to perform their job functions while maintaining the security and integrity of the system The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management information security and access control methodologies RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy Key responsibilities Lead and manage the testing team in the planning execution and reporting of all testing activities related to MicroStrategy projects and Change Requests 1 Develop and implement comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for MicroStrategy reports and dashboards 2 Coordinate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage 3 Execute functional regression performance and integration testing to identify defects and ensure the quality of MicroStrategy solutions 4 Perform data validation and verification to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in MicroStrategy reports 5 Track and manage defects post triage using appropriate tools such as ADO ensuring timely resolution and retesting 6 Provide regular status updates and test metrics to project stakeholders and management teams 7 Mentor and guide junior testers providing training and support as needed 8 Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness 9 Exposure to JMeter or LoadRunner will be preferred Business 1 Proven experience as a Microstrategy UAT Manager or Power BI UAT Manager in a similar quality assurance role with a focus on MicroStrategy Power BI testing 2 Business Analyses Skills - ability to understand a problem requirement and frame a solution for Business 3 High degree of comfort to work with lots of data for various analysis 4 Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy tools or Power BI and environments including Desktop Web Architect and Developer 5 Proficiency in SQL for data validation and testing purposes 6 Experience with test management and defect tracking tools e g ADO JIRA HP ALM TestRail 7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 8 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams 9 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results Key Responsibilities Processes o Understand the end-to-end workflow of testing including the impacts on downstream o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to access control Governance Works with HR ITO to plan negotiate prioritise the HR changes for delivery execution based on HR Stakeholders GPS unit heads requirements Works with GPS Unit Heads COO HR office and other key HR Stakeholders members to enable HR functional strategy through technology globally Regulatory Business Conduct 1 Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct 2 Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct 3 Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters 4 Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Key stakeholders o Work closely with TTO and Business team to understand role requirements o Work closely with Business Intelligence Teams Skills and Experience Certification in Information Security CISSP CISM or Supply Chain Management CSCP Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to access control Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT framework Working experience with Human Resources preferably in Banking Strong skills in Agile Methodology and Jira Ability to see the big picture and larger issue from details Excellent communication skills presentation skills and stakeholder management Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor s degree in Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field CERTIFICATIONS CERTIFICATION IN MSTR OR BI BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Certification in Information Security CISSP CISM or Supply Chain Management CSCP Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry
