About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The BDA will play a critical role in identifying and connecting with potential customers through cold calling and other outreach methods. You will leverage tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads through various sales tools, including ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and timely data on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align in lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, conversions, and lead quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using sales tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to engage prospects through cold calling and personalized outreach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in using data and analytics to refine outreach strategies.
