QA / Test Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 46 years

Your Role

As a QA / Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating system performance, reliability, and the accuracy of simulations. You will work with modern testing tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery through automation, performance testing, and test-driven development practices.

In this role, you will:

- Design and implement automated test cases using tools like Selenium and Postman
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability
- Apply test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to support agile delivery
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to define test strategies
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution
- Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, and regression testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Your Profile

- 46 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Postman
- Strong understanding of performance and load testing techniques
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working in agile environments
