Location: Chennai

Your Role
As a QA / Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating system performance, reliability, and the accuracy of simulations. You will work with modern testing tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery through automation, performance testing, and test-driven development practices.
In this role, you will:
Design and implement automated test cases using tools like Selenium and Postman
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability
Apply test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to support agile delivery
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to define test strategies
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution
Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, and regression testing
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Your Profile
4–6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Postman
Strong understanding of performance and load testing techniques
Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Experience working in agile environments
