Job Title Civil Engineer Architect - High-Rise Projects Experience 5 Years Location Vapi Silvassa Industry Real Estate Construction Infrastructure Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer or Architect with a strong background in high-rise residential and commercial building projects The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in project estimation planning and AutoCAD drafting and must be able to independently manage technical aspects of high-rise construction Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate project cost estimates BOQs and material requirement sheets for high-rise buildings Develop and track project schedules timelines and progress reports using MS Project Primavera preferred Create modify and review architectural and structural drawings in AutoCAD Coordinate with site engineers contractors consultants and local authorities Conduct site visitsto verify progress and ensure adherence to drawings and safety standards Assist in tender preparation and quantity surveying Maintain detailed project documentation and assist in preparing as-built drawings Ensure compliance with local building codes environmental and safety regulations Key Skills Required Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and project planning tools Strong knowledge of estimation and planning for high-rise buildings Excellent understanding of structural and architectural detailing Familiarity with construction norms materials and techniques used in high-rise projects Strong organizational and time-management skills Communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders and teams Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in high-rise construction Familiarity with local building regulationsin Gujarat DNH region Job Location Vapi Silvassa Salary upto 50k Based on experience and current industry standards How to Apply Interested candidates can send their CV to 9825413281 Application - Civil Engineer Architect - High-Rise - Vapi Silvassa Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience Architecture 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
