Job Description Job Opportunity: Investment Counselor ( In house Role) Preferred Qualification: CFP-certified candidates will be given preference Role Overview The Investment Counselor will guide clients toward the right investment choices by leveraging deep product expertise across mutual funds, insurance, PMS, fixed-income products, and other wealth solutions. Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach are essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management 2. Understand client objectives and concerns 3. Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and service 4. Portfolio Assessment 5. Review client portfolios 6. Identify gaps and recommend product-level improvements 7. Investment Advisory (Non-Planning Role) 8. Conduct need and risk assessment 9. Recommend suitable investment products aligned with client goals 10. Present and pitch products clearly and confidently 11. Investment Solutions Expertise 12. Recommend products across: 13. Mutual Funds 14. Fixed Income Instruments 15. Life & General Insurance 16. Wealth / Portfolio Management Services 17. Promote Bajaj Capital Initiatives 18. Drive investment planning initiatives/ Retirement Planning 19. Communicate the value proposition of recommended solutions 20. Documentation & Compliance 21. Maintain accurate records 22. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines Required Skills & Competencies Communication: Strong verbal skills, clear explanation ability, confident client interaction Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and match products appropriately Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products, risk profiling, and wealth solutions Educational Qualification Graduate degree mandatory CFP certification preferred Location- Gurugram & Nehru Place Experience- 1- 6 Years Interested Candidate can mail there resume Gaurav.
