Job Opportunity: Investment Counselor ( In house Role)Preferred Qualification:CFP-certified candidates will be given preferenceRole Overview The Investment Counselor will guide clients toward the right investment choices by leveraging deep product expertise across mutual funds, insurance, PMS, fixed-income products, and other wealth solutions. Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach are essential to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Understand client objectives and concerns • Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and service Portfolio Assessment • Review client portfolios • Identify gaps and recommend product-level improvements Investment Advisory (Non-Planning Role) • Conduct need and risk assessment • Recommend suitable investment products aligned with client goals • Present and pitch products clearly and confidently Investment Solutions Expertise Recommend products across: • Mutual Funds • Fixed Income Instruments • Life & General Insurance • Wealth / Portfolio Management Services Promote Bajaj Capital Initiatives • Drive investment planning initiatives/ Retirement Planning • Communicate the value proposition of recommended solutions Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate records • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines Required Skills & Competencies Communication:Strong verbal skills, clear explanation ability, confident client interaction Analytical Skills:Ability to assess client needs and match products appropriately Product Knowledge:Strong understanding of investment products, risk profiling, and wealth solutionsEducational Qualification • Graduate degree mandatory •CFP certification preferred Location- Gurugram & Nehru PlaceExperience- 1- 6 YearsInterested Candidate can mail there resumeGaurav.
