About Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The company s technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the company s business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more The Manager Machine Learning Engineering will lead a specialized team within Inspire Brands focusing on developing sophisticated and scalable models across multiple brands This role involves leading a team of 2-3 data scientists to design create monitor and maintain mature ML systems The Manager will be a central figure in facilitating effective communication and collaboration with various internal stakeholders including demand generation revenue management brandanalytics dataproduct and engineeringteams Skills Required Data Science Tensorflow Pytorch scikit-learn Python R Experience Range 12 - 17 years RESPONSIBILITIES Leadthedevelopmentandimplementationofadvancedanalyticalmodelsfor predictive and prescriptive machine learning model systems Manageateamofdatascientists providingguidanceoncomplexdataanalysisand modeling tasks ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimizing workflows Fosterstrongcollaborativerelationshipswithrevenuemanagement brandanalytics and data product teams to align data science initiatives with business objectives Communicatecomplexanalyticalfindingsandstrategicrecommendationseffectively across different levels of the organization including non-technical stakeholders Overseetheintegrationofmachine learning recommendationswithoverallbrandstrategies ensuring consistency and alignment Drivethecontinuousimprovementofanalyticaltoolsandprocesses stayinguptodate of industry trends and technological advancements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Minimum masters degree in a STEM field with 4 years of relevant work experience OR PhD in a STEM field with 3 years of relevant work experience Experience managing multiple individual contributors REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS or ABILITIES Stronganalyticalskillswithexpertiseinstatisticalmodeling machinelearning and data analysis Proficient in Python programming Exceptionalcommunicationskills withtheabilitytotranslatecomplexdata-driven insights into clear actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders ProficientinusingmajordataanalysistoolsandsoftwaresuchasDatabricks Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps
