Job Title Procurement Repair Incharge Location MRO Bengaluru BLR Job Type Full-time Function Procurement Supply Chain We are hiring a Procurement Repair Incharge to manage end-to-end repair procurement vendor management cost control and repair order lifecycle for aviation components The role ensures timely repairs quality compliance and efficient supplier performance to support MRO operations Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide Repair Associates ensure adherence to repair processes and targets Source and evaluate vendors for repair materials and services negotiate and approve repair quotes Manage repair order cycles to meet agreed turnaround times and cost parameters Analyse shop findings and track vendor performance to improve TAT and quality Monitor and manage repair budgets identify cost-saving opportunities Implement recovery and efficiency improvement processes in repair operations Coordinate with in-house repair shops to optimize routing of unserviceable components Develop and track repair KPIs report performance and initiate corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements in repair procurement Maintain supplier approval registers and manage warranty interfaces Skills Competencies Procurement Expertise Project Management Technical Knowledge Leadership Team Management Negotiation Skills Repair Vendor Assessment Inventory Repair Cycle Understanding Root Cause Analysis Key Interfaces Internal Lead Procurement strategy alignment reporting Repair Technicians Engineers technical inputs repair requirements External Repair Vendors Suppliers sourcing quotes TAT management Regulatory Authorities compliance with aviation repair standards Education Experience Requirements Minimum Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field 6 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience preferably in repair procurement Desired Master s degree preferred 8 years in vendor management contract management repair sourcing or aviation supply chain Aviation Indeed does not charge any fees for interviews or recruitment Report any fraudulent activities at
