Content Writer

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office, 2:00 pm to 12:00 am IST)

About Us: RetainIQ is an AI-enabled marketing content platform designed to help marketers optimize their content and creatives across various acquisition and retention channels. We focus on improving the performance of Email Marketing for eCommerce stores by leveraging dynamic product attributes & advanced email strategies.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and informative content for our email newsletter and website. You will need to research and deeply understand our industry, our product offerings, and the needs of our clients to create content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and edit high-quality content for our email newsletter, website case studies, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor content, and relevant topics to produce insightful articles and updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies & designs aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and integrate relevant insights into content.
- Proofread and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (03 years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to research and understand complex topics and translate them into engaging content.
- Ability to identify good designs & make small edits.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for writing and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience writing for the eCommerce or digital marketing industries.
- Understanding of AI and data-driven marketing technologies.
- Previous experience in creating content for B2B audiences.
