Job Description

Job Summary:

- Lead and drive performance management of key procurement initiatives and projects across multiple spend categories.
- Align procurement objectives with broader organizational goals to ensure efficiency and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and cascade of annual objectives for the Global Procurement Organization.
- Define and track key performance metrics for the aligned procurement area.
- Identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business and procurement objectives.
- Ensure alignment of objectives with the personal development plans of Procurement Leadership Team members.
- Embed a performance-driven culture across procurement activities in multiple spend categories.
- Develop and implement governance models for regular performance updates and tracking.
- Act as an internal consultant to Procurement leadership, providing strategic insights and fresh perspectives.
- Challenge conventional thinking and offer advisory input to improve procurement strategies.
- Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries for meetings involving the Procurement Head and Category Leads.
- Lead communication strategy for the Chief Procurement Officer at the market/category level.
- Develop and implement content for procurement communication initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading procurement within a specific supply category.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in generating data insights for performance measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Executive-level communication experience.
