Job Opening Mechanical Machine Maintenance Engineer Location Ecotech 12 Greater Noida Experience Required 5-7 years in mechanical maintenance domain Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month Industry Manufacturing Engineering Production Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Machine Maintenance Engineer to handle the preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC VMC and HMC machines at our manufacturing facility in Ecotech 12 Greater Noida The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth functioning of all mechanical equipment ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity Key Responsibilities Carry out preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC VMC and HMC machines Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to restore equipment operation Maintain detailed logs and reports of maintenance activities and machine performance Ensure proper functioning of hydraulics pneumatics and lubrication systems in machines Monitor machine conditions and identify potential issues before they escalate Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure machine availability Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement Follow all safety guidelines and maintenance SOPs as per industry standards Assist in machine installations and commissioning of new equipment Provide feedback for continuous improvement in maintenance processes Skills Required Strong hands-on experience in CNC Computer Numerical Control VMC Vertical Machining Center and HMC Horizontal Machining Center maintenance In-depth understanding of mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams manuals and machine schematics Knowledge of maintenance tools fault diagnosis techniques and spare part management Familiarity with industrial safety norms and operational discipline Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work in a team as well as independently under minimal supervision Interested Candidates can share their resume on whatsapp- 9971950200 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience Mechanical engineering 5 years Required Maintenance 5 years Required CNC Machine 5 years Required VMC Machine 5 years Required HMC 5 years Required Machine Maintenance 5 years Required Work Location In person
