Role & responsibilities

  1. Assist in installation, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
  2. Monitor fabrication and fitting activities in the workshop.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
  4. Support production planning and ensure timely availability of materials and tools.
  5. Maintain mechanical records, inspection sheets, and daily production reports.
  6. Coordinate with quality, electrical, and production teams for smooth workflow.
  7. Ensure all work follows company safety and quality procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Full-time).
  2. 24 years of experience in a manufacturing / engineering / fabrication plant.
  3. Good understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication, fitting, and preventive maintenance.
  4. Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
  5. Knowledge of safety standards and shop floor discipline.
  6. Responsible, hands-on, and technically sound.
  7. Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Willing to work in shifts as per plant requirements.
