We specialize in Motor, Health, and Life Insurance, along with proprietary products such as RB Cards and RB Loans. Our mission is to simplify the process of accessing financial products, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal HR professional to join our team in Chennai. Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Zonal HR professional who will be responsible for managing talent acquisition (80%) and HR operations (20%) for our Chennai zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and HR processes. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%): - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. - Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions. - Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships. - Ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment solutions. HR Operations (20%): - Provide HR support to employees, including query resolution and policy implementation. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. - Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions. - Support performance management and development processes. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. - Experience working in an insurance industry. - Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR/Management or related field. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Required Female Candidates.
