Role Overview
PANARO is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across enterprise and channel segments, especially in South India.
This leader will own and drive:
- Revenue growth via key accounts
- Channel development with VADs/SIs
- Strategic partnerships aligned with PANARO's "Made in India" roadmap
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise sales pipeline (direct & via channel)
- Lead regional partner development (System Integrators, VADs)
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Understand customer IT infrastructure requirements and map PANARO solutions
- Collaborate with presales & product teams for solutioning, POCs, and pricing
- Execute GTM plans and align with PANARO's growth strategy
- Attend and represent PANARO at industry events, partner roadshows, expos
- Track metrics: leads, conversions, funnel, revenue, partner engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of enterprise and channel sales experience in IT hardware & infrastructure
- Proven track record of revenue delivery & strategic account handling
- Deep understanding of server, storage, networking, or HCI solutions
- Prior experience working with OEMs, distributors, and SIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for meetings, demos, expos, and reviews
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
- MBA (Sales/Marketing/IT) is a strong advantage
