Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Trichy The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans setting and achieving sales targets managing staff and driving business growth while maintaining profitability Key Responsibilities - Sales Planning and Targets - Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and budgets to achieve business objectives - Set and achieve sales targets monitoring progress regularly - Sales Reporting and Analysis - Submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Conduct market research to stay updated on local customer trends and competitor activity - Staff Management - Hire train and manage sales team members to ensure a high-performance culture - Mentor and motivate team members to drive performance and achieve sales targets - Client Relationship Management - Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals - Market Development and Growth - Expand into new markets and consolidate existing ones to drive business growth - Develop and implement a roadmap for future growth ensuring alignment with business objectives - Product Schemes and Offers - Communicate product schemes and offers to regional managers and clients - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies - Profitability and Performance - Assist in maintaining business profitability by achieving sales targets and following standard operating procedures SOPs - Analyze sales performance metrics and market data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies Requirements - Essential Qualifications - Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage preferably in a managerial role - Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations - Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills - Valid real estate license in India or ability to obtain Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
