Staff Software Engineer - Java BackendQualification and SkillsBachelor's or Master's in Computer science with 10 years of core Software development experience.Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, databases, coding, and operating systems.Hands-on coding experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.In-depth knowledge of RDBMS technologies (MS-SQL, Informix, Postgresql) or NoSQL DBExperience in Spring Boot application and microservice architecture system.Experience in event-based architecture like Kafka / JMS / IBM MQ / any other.Experience with Cloud technologies and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, GrafanaExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.A disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.Experience with the project builds with CI-CD pipelines through Jenkins.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
